Engineered Timber flooring

Engineered flooring is the ideal choice where timber flooring is required at anaffordable price.Being anengineered product, shrinkage and expansion are virtually eliminated meaning noneed for on site acclimatisation.In most cases an average sized room canbe completed within one day with no smelly chemicals.

Engineered Timber flooring is 14mm and can be installed directly over thick concrete, which makes it the ideal choice when matching up with carpet and or tiles without a heightissue.

At Master Plus we predominantly use Australian native hardwoods so you will have peace of mind that your floor has been grown for our conditions.

As opposed to some other engineered floors, our line of products has a full 3.6mm solid timber wear layer, which is laid up on 11mm structural plywood.Typically we would recommend installation as a floatingfloor where tongues and grooves are glued with PVA glue and then the entirefloor floats over 2mm-foam underlay. If desired, engineered floor can be directly adhered to concrete or particleboard flooring using elastic polyurethane glue.

Natural variations are to beexpected and will always provide a unique floor. Colour variations within a species can vary greatly and consideration should be given to such features asknots, gum vein and insect markings etc.

The objective of this warranty is to give the owner of the floor peace of mind in knowing the floor will perform for many trouble free years, assuming the floor is treated in a common sense manner as per our instructions
